Terms of Service for SMS Communications and Consent for SMS Communication
By providing my phone number to iKonnect, you agree and acknowledge that iKonnect may send notifications, reminders and confirmation text messages to your phone number for updates. No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
If you have consented to receive notifications, reminders and confirmation text messages from iKonnect, you may receive text messages related to healthcare services. Below are example:
Reminder Example:
Hello [Provider Name], This is a reminder to complete your enrollment for [Payer Name]. You may confirm or provide details securely here: [secure link]. For questions, reply HELP. To opt out, reply STOP.
Opt-In Method:
Customers will opt-in for SMS messaging from iKonnect through intake forms on our OPT-IN form. This agreement for SMS will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Opt-out:
Customers will be able to opt out of SMS messaging from Healthcare Management Services USA LLC by replying STOP at any time to any received SMS message, once opted-out they will receive no further SMS communication. They can Opt back In at any time by replying START.
Standard Messaging Disclosures
- Message and data rates may apply.
- SMS frequency will be between 5-1000 messages daily company wide. Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication.
- You can opt-out at any time by texting “STOP”. Reply “START” to opt in to receive text messages again.
